After eight years of working with adults with a serious mental illness, I can say that I have rounded out my education in both business and people. I discovered that I have a talent for calmly discussing stressful events and situations in individual’s lives. My strength is in weeding out the miscellaneous junk and distractions and getting to the core of the situation.
I am a transition and wellness coach because that is where my experience is. I have studied myself and other people for over 30 years. I have found that we each have our own innate intelligence that we can tap into to make decisions about our life path. It is not up to other people, no matter how well intentioned, to dictate what our lives should be. I have come into my own happiness and well-being and I am responsible for maintaining it.
